HWR Construction was founded by Henry Rizo in 2006 — and it still runs on the same standard it started with: do honest work, do it well, and stand behind it.
Henry Rizo started HWR Construction in 2006, with stucco, stone and masonry as the foundation — the trades HWR is still known for across the Salt Lake Valley.
Over nearly 20 years, that specialty grew into a full-service general contracting company. Today HWR holds a Utah B100 General Building license with an S230 masonry/stucco/stone classification, and builds for homeowners and developers alike — from a single kitchen remodel to multi-family and commercial projects, start to finish.
The company is licensed, insured, and bilingual — working in English and Spanish — and backs its work with a one-year warranty.
The same things Henry would want if it were his own home.
Masonry, stucco and finish work done by people who specialize in it — not rushed, not cut-rate.
Free estimates and honest scope. We tell you what a job really takes, in plain language.
HWR manages the whole project — including licensed subs for electrical, plumbing and HVAC — so you're not juggling crews.
A one-year warranty in writing, and a contractor who answers the phone after the job's done.
Free estimates across the Salt Lake Valley.
